We recently closed our own One Mile Farm here in Ashland. While One Mile Farm was a wonderful experience with much success, we are transferring our focus to serving farm-to-table food both raised and grown by local farmers (the experts) here in the Rogue Valley.

We remain dedicated to sourcing sustainably produced food and shrinking our environmental forkprint! We have partnered with the following local farms:

In addition to these partnerships, we are also working with Rogue Produce to continue our composting and recycling efforts. In doing so, we are currently composting 75% of our post-consumer kitchen waste.
